Super Pups Doggy Daycare is a place where pet owners can bring their dogs to play and socialize with other dogs while they are away at work, on vacation, or running errands.
Our Doggy daycare is staffed with trained professionals who supervise the dogs and ensure that they are safe and happy. We offer a variety of activities for the dogs, such as playtime, walks, and even training sessions.
We even offer grooming services, such as nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth cleaning and more!
We appreciate you taking time to review the general information provided below. Our commitment to providing the best experience for your pups means we require that all of our clients comply with the following policies to ensure the health and safety of your pet and of our other guests.
Prerequisites
• Spayed or Neutered: All dogs 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered to attend daycare.
• Vaccinations: All dogs must be up to date on all core vaccinations, Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper.
• Upload Vaccination Records: Can be uploaded by logging in to your Client/Account Profile (Gingr).

• PA Dog License: Must have a current PA Dog License. If you need to acquire a license, click below.
Shots/Vaccination Records
You are responsible for providing Super Pups with updated records from your vet every time your dog receives a vaccination. We will work with you to get all the records we need before your dog’s first day, but going forward it is your responsibility to make sure we always have up to date shot records.
You can easily upload your records anytime by logging in to your Client Account or you may submit your updated records via our mobile app.
All Breeds All Sizes
There are no breed restrictions at Super Pups. From Yorkies to Pit Bulls to Dragon Terriers, everyone is welcomed here as long as they’re friendly with the rest of the gang. If you’re new, please arrange for a Temperament Test/Evaluation
Friendly Pets Only
It should go without saying that your dog needs to play nice with others to hang out here. However, we need to set up an evaluation to meet them before they’re allowed into group play at daycare.

Reservations – Client Login & Cancellations
• Reservations are required for daycare, and once, you’re a client you’ll be able to log in to your account and simply enroll your pup on whichever days you’d like.
• All daycare reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. We will no longer be accepting same day reservations. We want to ensure we are honoring our staff to dog ratio by planning the play groups accordingly for the safety of all pups. If your reservation was not confirmed, you will be turned away upon arrival.
• There is no charge for cancelling a reservation if you cancel before 24 hours of your reservation date.
• If you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the day of daycare as it is unlikely we’ll be able to fill the spot you had reserved.
• Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7am-7pm
Saturday: BOARDING ONLY
Sunday: BOARDING ONLY
Boarding pick-up & drop-off window: 8am-11am
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Times
After your dog’s first day, you are welcome to drop them off any time after 7:00am, they must be picked up by 7:00pm.
Payments
• We only accept credit or debit cards for payment via our online system.
• An account must be created to schedule your first day.
• Pre-Paid or Monthly Pass: Once your dog is approved for daycare and you have a first day scheduled, you’ll be able to purchase a prepaid or monthly pass. If you choose NOT to Pre-Pay or purchase a Monthly Pass, you’ll need to leave a card on file so that we can charge you daily for your dog’s visits.
