Daycare restrictions and requirements?
- All dogs must be at least 4 months old
- Pups older than 8 months must be spayed or neutered
- Must be up to date on their Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper Vaccines.
- Though it is not required, we highly suggest the K9 influenza vaccine
- PA State Dog License
What does my pet do all day?
Play with his or her friends in our 6,000 sq ft climate-controlled park! Rest assured, your pup is supervised by our trained team members all day.
What are the hours of operation? Weekends & Holidays?
Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm
Saturday: Daycare closed, boarding drop off/pick up 8am-11am
Sunday: Daycare closed, boarding drop off/pick up 8am-11am
Holidays: Our facility is closed for daycare and boarding pick-up or drop-off on holidays.
Is there an onsite vet or emergency procedures in place?
Your dog’s safety is our number one priority here at Super Pups. If your dog becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will contact you along with your veterinarian. If your dog requires emergency attention, we will transport them to the nearest veterinary hospital.
Can I bring my dogs favorite toy or food?
We ask that you keep your dog’s favorite toys at home as some dogs show aggression around their personal belongings. You can bring your dog’s food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you would like them to be fed while with us. We also have house food available! Whether you provide their food or choose to use ours, there is a $3 feeding charge.
Can I take a tour?
Yes, please call our facility to schedule a tour!
Do you offer boarding?
Yes! See above for "How do I make daycare and/or boarding reservations?"
What are your hours for pick up and drop off for boarding?
Monday-Friday: Drop off by 3pm, pick up by 11am. If your pup is not picked up by 11, you will be charged for a day of daycare.
Saturday-Sunday: Drop off and pickup between 8am - 11am.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes, we offer bath and haircut package services.
